i totally love desiderata, my gran used to have it hanging in her house and always reminds me of reading it when i was young and trying to make sense of all of the meanings.
when i read it now i am whisked away to a more innocent age, surrounded by familiar smells, love and warmth.
my gran remains to be one of my great inspirations and in quiet times i think of desiderata and wanted to share a bit of my nostalgia with you.
